Stock & Products
How do I know if a product is available?
Availability status is indicated for each product on our website and is updated in real time. Clients interested in a product that is unavailable are welcome to email us at info@richmonds.it to know when a product is due to be restocked.
Only available products can be added to your cart and purchased. Unavailable products cannot be added to your cart.
How many product lines are sold on the site?
Richmonds offers approximately 500 products on our website and more in the shop. The total number fluctuates as new items and product ranges are added. We are constantly researching new products offered by the best brands and our stock is constantly being updated.
If the desired product is not available, please send us an email and we will do our best to add it. Or click on REQUEST A PRODUCT in the footer.
Can I request an item not listed in your catalog?
Yes, you are welcome to email us at info@richmonds.it with your request or click on REQUEST A PRODUCT in the footer. We will do our best to find what you are looking for.
Orders & Shipping
When will I receive my order?
Orders received between 00:00 and 13:00 from Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received between 13:00 and 00:00 from Sunday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day. Orders received from Friday at 13:00 to Sunday at 13:00 will be dispatched the following Monday.
Orders received on bank holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please allow 24 hours for shipments within mainland Italy, save for remote areas which require additional time. Delivery to islands and Calabria can be expected after 48 hours.
Due to the high volume of orders in November and December, deliveries may be delayed.
When will I receive the shipping number to track my shipment?
When the parcel is picked up by our courier, GLS, you will receive an email from them with your tracking number.
Can I send an order to a different address?
Yes, you can add a shipping address that is different to your billing address by flagging the DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS? option at checkout.
How can I quickly place a repeat order?
You must be registered first. There are two ways to place a repeat order. When you log in you can view your order history in ORDERS after clicking on the user icon. You can view a previous order and from there add those items to your cart, or click ORDER AGAIN to place the same order again.
Where do you deliver?
We offer shipping all over Italy and within the European Community.
Will I have to pay additional costs at customs?
No. We are located in Italy and ship within Italy or the EU. Customs fees are not applicable.
Payment
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Maestro. We also accept cash on delivery for orders over €100, PayPal, and bank transfer. For bank transfers your order will be processed once payment is received.
Which currencies are accepted?
We accept payment in Euros.
Do I have to register my card before buying at www.richmonds.it?
Absolutely not. We use Paypal and Payplug to process your online payments with their encrypted data — your credit card details are 100% secure. Richmonds does not store card data.
Account
Do I have to register before ordering from the Richmonds shopping cart?
No, registration is optional so there is no need to register if you prefer not to.
The main advantages of registration are that you can save the contents of your shopping cart for the next time you order, earn reward points on your purchases and view your order history and delivery tracking details within your account. Your personal data are also saved for faster shopping.
I forgot my login — can you send me a reminder?
Yes, by clicking on LOST YOUR PASSWORD? and providing your email address you will receive a link to create a new one.
I changed my e-mail address. How do I update my registered data?
Log in from the homepage and click on the user icon at the top right of the screen and go to ACCOUNT DETAILS. You can update all your personal data here including your email address.
I registered but have not received a confirmation email.
To complete the registration process we send an automated email containing a link you need to click in your browser to verify your new account.
This email should be received within a few minutes of registering. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder as it may have been accidentally moved there.
If you still cannot find the email, please contact us by phone or email specifying your name and username. We can activate the account manually and verify that your email address has been entered correctly.
