On most items displayed in our online shop, immediate availability is indicated.
The availability or unavailability of our articles is updated in real time.

Any of our customers interested in an article that is out of stock can contact us directly at the e-mail address info@richmonds.it and we will do our best to meet your needs.

All out-of-stock items are not purchasable and you will not be able to add them to your shopping cart. This choice has been made in order to guarantee certain order processing times.

For delivery times please refer to the page DELIVERY IN 24 HOURS for payment by credit card, Paypal and Cash on Delivery (Italy only).

For other payment types (Bank Transfer) and peak periods, such as Spring-Summer, high order volumes and busy couriers may increase the delivery time.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days. At that point we will send you an e-mail with details to follow the progress of the online delivery. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within 48 hours, we will contact you on the third working day by e-mail explaining the reason for the setback and give an estimated date for dispatch.
We accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Maestro. We also accept cash on delivery, PayPal, and offline payment by cheque or bank transfer. For cheques and bank transfers your order is shipped once payment is received. We use SagePay to process our online transactions with their 100% secure encrypted payment screens. Yacht Supply Chandlery does not store card details.

No, registration is optional so there is no need to register if you prefer not to. The main advantages of registration are that you can save the contents of your shopping cart for the next time you order, earn reward points on your purchases and you can view your order history and delivery tracking details within your account. Your personal data are also saved for faster shopping.
Yes, by clicking on forgotten password you will receive to your email address, the process to regenerate it. If you have changed your e-mail address, please contact us specifying your first name, last name and address, and we will recreate your account.
Yes, send us an email to ordini@yachtsupply.it and we will do our best to add the product to the shop. Enter your email address and we will let you know when the item has been added and is available for purchase.
Yes, you can specify a different billing address than the shipping address at check-out. This is useful if you want to send a food parcel for friends or family abroad, for example
Log in from the homepage and click on the ‘Account’ link at the top right of the screen. You can update all your personal data here including your email address.

You must be registered first. There are two ways to place a repeat order. When you log in you can view your order history in ‘Account’ and select to add items from an old order to your cart.
Alternatively, there is the possibility to ‘Save in cart’ at any time. If you have a saved basket, you can select the ‘load basket’ option to view the items saved in your basket.
You can view both your order history and the contents of your saved basket within ‘My Yacht Supply’.

Yacht Supply contains over 15,000 products. The total number fluctuates as new items and product ranges are added. We are constantly researching new products offered by the best brands and our stock is constantly being updated. If the desired product is not available, please send us an email and we will do our best to add it.
We strongly advise you to check with your local customs before placing an order. This is just to make sure you are aware of any products that may not be allowed into the country, or any extra charges that may be added. Many countries will not charge anything; however, as customs guidelines may vary from country to country, it is always best to check before ordering.
