Order Requirements

All orders, to be considered valid, must be confirmed by email by one of our representatives.

Photos and descriptions of products on richmonds.it may vary without notice.

Please check the accuracy of your tax data, informing us of any inaccuracies pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 633/72 and subsequent amendments, otherwise we decline all responsibility.

Payment Methods

Advance Bank Transfer: Once you have completed the order you will receive an email with the bank details to make the payment. Once you have made the payment, please email the receipt to info@richmonds.it to speed up the processing of your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD): You pay for your order upon delivery. Cash on delivery is available for amounts between €65.00 and €500.00 (VAT included).

PayPal: Payment by credit card via the secure PayPal system.

Payment at Time of Collection (available only for in-store collection): You can pay directly at the shop when you pick up your order. Once the order has been completed, you will be contacted by one of our operators to arrange collection.

Credit Card: Payment by credit card directly on the site via the secure Payplug platform.

Goods Delivery

Upon receiving the goods, the Customer must check the condition of the packaging and, if damaged, sign the transport document with reservation, specifying the nature of the damage (e.g. puncture, rain, scratches, etc.). Failure to comply with this obligation prevents the purchaser from exercising the right of withdrawal.

Any storage costs incurred with the courier in the event that delivery is impossible due to the recipient’s absence or an incorrect address shall be borne by the purchaser.

Shipping: richmonds.it guarantees the utmost professionalism thanks to its long-standing collaboration with GLS Express Courier. By choosing Express Courier as the shipping method, you accept that goods travel at the risk of the Customer.

Delivery Times

Orders received between 00:00 and 13:00 from Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders received between 13:00 and 00:00 from Sunday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day. Orders received from Friday at 13:00 to Sunday at 13:00 will be dispatched the following Monday.

Orders received on bank holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Please allow 24 hours for delivery within mainland Italy, except for remote areas which may require additional time. Delivery to the islands and Calabria is estimated at 48 hours.

Due to the high volume of orders in November and December, deliveries may be subject to delays.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Promotional prices are only valid for online purchases and do not apply to in-store purchases.

Sale of Alcoholic Beverages

  1. Minimum Age: The sale of alcoholic beverages is restricted to individuals of legal drinking age. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal drinking age requirement in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request proof of age upon delivery.
  2. Legal Regulations: All alcoholic beverages sold on our site comply with applicable regulations. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase and receipt of alcoholic beverages are legal in their jurisdiction.
  3. Responsibility: We do not assume responsibility for the delivery of alcoholic beverages to individuals who do not meet the legal age requirements. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before placing an order.
  4. Age Verification: Upon delivery, the courier may request a valid ID to verify the recipient’s age. If the recipient is unable or unwilling to provide such ID, the delivery will be cancelled and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

We accept returns only carriage paid and upon our prior authorisation. Products carry a warranty period in accordance with current laws.

Products in the Objects category are covered by the right of withdrawal as provided for by Legislative Decree of 15 January 1992 no. 50.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 10 days of delivery of the product by written notice (registered letter with return receipt) to: Marine Store, Via M. Coppino, 421 – Viareggio 55049 (Lucca).

The letter must state the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product concerned, the subject of the dispute, a description of the relevant order, and a copy of the transport document.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused and completely intact, with its original packaging and any manuals included, with no missing parts. The consumer must return the goods within ten working days from the date of receipt.

The refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice and covers the product price only; shipping and delivery costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Privacy

Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, Marine Store srl informs customers that the collection and processing of personal data is carried out solely for the purpose of conducting its business activities. Personal data are processed in compliance with the aforementioned law, using both electronic and paper-based systems.

Data may be shared with third-party organisations (e.g. banks, affiliated entities) exclusively in connection with our business relationship.

We inform our customers that foods sold or served in this establishment may contain ingredients or processing aids classified as allergens under Annex II of Regulation 1169/2011:
