Atora Vegetable Shredded Suet 200g

Description

Atora has been proudly producing suet since 1893 making it the UK’s number one suet brand. They have since added a vegetarian version giving vegetarians and non another option. Made with vegetable oil, the vegetarian suet still give dumplings, pastries and pies the signature fluffiness of Atora.

Ingredienti:

Vegetable Oils (85%) (Sustainable Palm, Sunflower), Wheat Flour (with Added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin)

Vegetarian friendly.

Dumpling recipe:

Combine 100g self raising flour, a pinch of salt, a mix of your favourite dried herbs and 70ml of cold water and mix into a moist dough base.  Add 60g of cold suet and mix until just combined.  Divide and shape into 8 balls.  Steam or cook directly in a broth or stew.
