English mustard is a spicy mustard variety and is made from a mixture of yellow and brown seeds. Coleman's English mustard is perfect for flavouring sandwiches, roasts or cheeses! There are many different types of mustard depending on the mustard seeds used and the other ingredients added. Some places are renowned for their mustard, such as Dijon and Meaux in France; Norwich and (historically) Tewkesbury in England; and Düsseldorf, Bautzen and Bavaria in Germany.
