At Tiptree, in the heart of Essex, they have been proudly making jam since 1885. It all started with Strawberry Conserve back in the day, but the Grapefruit Marmalade can hold its own. Zesty and sour but sweet at the same time, it is lovely spread on warm, buttered bread or added to a cheese platter.
