These thin, crisp toasts are prepared like biscotti, so partially baked, sliced and then baked until crunchy.  They are a mix of savoury and slightly sweet thanks to dried quince and pecans.  Quince, Pecan and Poppy Seed Toast for Cheese will elevate any charcuterie board.  It is recommended to pair with sheep’s milk cheeses like Manchengo, Wigmore or Pecorino Dolce.
