Description

The popular and ever versatile hoisin sauce is best known for its perfect pairing with Pho but it can be enjoyed in a number of dishes. Delicious served with spring rolls or rice bowls or added to a stirfry. Makes a great dip for spareribs or other grilled meats and can add depth to sauces or soups. It is at once sweet and savory with a dense consistency that lends itself to dipping, glazing and marinating.

Ingredients:

Sugar, water, fermented soybean paste (water, salt, soybeans, wheat flour), salt, modified food starch, contains less than 2% of sweet potato powder, sesame paste, caramel color, spices, dehydrated garlic, salted chili peppers (chili peppers, salt), acetic acid, FD & C red no. 40, potassium sorbate added as a preservative.
