English mustard is a variety of spicy mustard. Coleman's English mustard powder is made from 100% pure white and brown seeds and is perfect for use in marinades, dressings and sauces. There are many different types of mustard depending on the seeds and other ingredients added. Some places are renowned for their mustard, such as Dijon and Meaux in France; Norwich and (historically) Tewkesbury in England; and Düsseldorf, Bautzen and Bavaria in Germany.
