To prepare an authentic spicy green thai curry at home one must start with Cock Brand Green Curry Paste. It is just like the homemade version, traditionally made with morter and pestle, with lots of spicy green chillis, lemongrass, lime leaves and garlic. Simply heat some curry paste in vegetable oil and add your choice of ingredients: chicken, prawns, mixed vegetables or tofu. Sautee with the curry paste and add coconut milk. Simmer and top with fresh coriander, mint or basil. Best served with steamed Jasmine rice.
