All orders, to be considered valid, must be confirmed by email by one of our representatives.

Please check the accuracy of your tax data, informing us of any inaccuracies pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 633/72 and subsequent amendments, otherwise we decline all responsibility.
ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER: Once you have completed the order you will receive an email with the bank coordinates to make the payment. Once you have made the payment, please email (info@richmonds.it) us the payment receipt to speed up processing your order.
COD: You pay for your order on delivery. Cash on delivery is possible for amounts between €65.00 and €500.00 (including VAT).
PAYPAL: Payment by credit card via the secure PayPal system (what is PayPal and how does it work?).
PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF COLLECTING THE ORDER – AVAILABLE ONLY WITH COLLECTING THE ORDER IN STORE: You can pay directly at the shop when you pick up your order. Once the order has been completed, you will be contacted by one of our operators to collect the goods.
CREDIT CARD: Payment by credit card directly on the site on the secure platform Payplug.
Customer must check the condition of the packaging and, if damaged, sign the transport document shown, specifyingthe way in which the packaging is damaged (e.g. puncture, rain, scratches, etc.); failure to comply with this obligation prevents the purchaser from utilizing the right of withdrawal.
Any costs for storing the goods with the courier, in the event that delivery is impossible due to absence or incorrect address provided, shall be borne by the purchaser.
SHIPMENT richmonds.it guarantees the utmost professionalism thanks to its long-standing collaboration with GLS Express Courier. By choosing Express Courier as the shipping method, you also accept the following conditions: The goods will be shipped by GLS Express Courier and the goods travel at the risk of the Customer.
Orders received between 00:00 and 13:00 from Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received between 13:00 and 00:00 from Sunday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day. Orders received from Friday at 13:00 to Sunday at 13:00 will be dispatched the following Monday.
Orders received on bank holidays will be processed the following business day and dispatched accordingly.
Please allow 24 hours for shipments within mainland Italy, save for remote areas which require additional time. Delivery to islands and Calabria can be expected after 48 hours.
Due to the high volume of orders in November and December, delilveries may be delayed.
Prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Offer prices are only valid for online purchases. Prices are not valid if the purchase is made in shop.
Responsible Sale and Legal Compliance
Minimum Age: The sale of alcoholic beverages is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years old (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction). By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age. We reserve the right to request proof of age upon delivery.
Legal Regulations: All alcoholic beverages sold on our site comply with the applicable regulations for the sale of alcohol. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase and receipt of alcoholic beverages are legal in their jurisdiction.
Responsibility: We do not assume responsibility for the delivery of alcoholic beverages to individuals who do not meet the legal age requirements. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before placing an order.
Age Verification: Upon delivery, the courier may request an ID to verify the recipient’s age. If the recipient is unable or unwilling to provide such ID, the delivery will be canceled, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
We accept returns only in free port and upon our authorization. The products have a warranty period according to current laws.
The products contained in the category Objects are covered by the guarantee of the right of withdrawal, provided for by the D.L. 15 January 1992 no. 50.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 10 days from the delivery of the product with written notice (registered with receipt) to the Company: Marine Store, Via M. Coppino, 421 – Viareggio 55049 (Lucca).
The registered letter must contain the willingness to exercise the right of withdrawal, the indication of the product, the object of the dispute, the description of the relevant order and a copy of the transport document.
The possible return can be accepted only if the product is intact, if the goods have already been delivered, to exercise the right of withdrawal the consumer must return the goods, according to the methods and times provided by the contract (which may not, however, exceed ten working days starting from the date of receipt of the goods).
All items must reach Richmond’s in the same conditions of sale, not used and completely intact, provided with original packaging and any manuals, without any lack.
The refund will take place within 30 days from the arrival of the cancellation notice. The refund refers exclusively to the price of the product, as the additional costs of shipping and delivery will remain at the expense of the buyer.
