Comment: Good customer service when i called. Bad that i have to pay extra to be called if there are problems with the delivery. I asked the product in a new house, unfortunately difficult to find. The competitor called and delivered the product, you didn’t called and didn’t delivered

Richmond's: I'm sorry but I think you misunderstood. If there are problems with the delivery we certainly call both you and courier with no added cost! I There is a €1 charge if you want the courier to phone you to set up an appointment for the delivery.

Comment: ho fatto il primo ordine come regalo di compleanno per mia madre che è scozzese ed è stata veramente contenta e sorpresa ,tutti i prodotti erano ben riposti e protetti nello scatolone ,mi è piaciuta la varietà dei prodotti in offerta (pure il quorn !) e il fatto che si possono avere prodotti da banco come bacon e cheddar ,ma trovo alcuni prezzi un po' squilibrati equiparati ad altri ...comunque sono molto contento del servizio e della spedizione ,sicuramente farò altri ordini !
