Fragrant and versatile, yellow curry paste is made with red chilli, shallot, garlic and lemon grass. For a quick and delicious Thai curry, stir fry two table spoons of Cock Brand Yellow Thai Curry paste with 2.5 cups of coconut milk for about 5 minutes. Add 1.5 lb chicken or any meat, 3/4 lb diced potato, and 1.5 cups water. Gently simmer for about 25 minutes, and serve with jasmine rice.
